The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, mostly permanent resident. Overlooking Calonge, a small village within a five minute walk,and the Mediterranean Sea, three kms. away. Privately situated behind a wall and tall hedge in a beautiful 1500 sqm. garden with palms, olive and fruit trees. Automatic watering system keeps flowers and grass always green and fresh. There is a 10x5 meter swimming pool with solar heating(poolheating is not automatic-used mainly in the cold season!)



There are two terraces, one covered at ground floor and one on first floor covering the south façade of the house. Two bedrooms and the living room enter on to this terrace, giving you a peaceful view, as mentioned.
There are 4 bedrooms, all with Scandinavian sized beds. Three rooms with double beds and one with two single beds. You will find three bedrooms on first floor and one on ground floor.
One bathroom en suit with a tub/shower, on first floor, and one on ground floor with a shower. The guest toilet is also on the first floor.
The living room is combined with the dining room, 34 sq.m, and with a fire place. The kitchen has a small eating area.

Notes
The area includes numerous things to experience. And just to mention a few, you have; at a distance of a five minute drive there is the opportunity to choose from blue flag sandy beaches or cliffs with small sandy bays and clear blue water.
*Golf enthusiasts have (just mentioning two)a beautiful 18 hole course 10minutes away at Playa de Aró,and the 18 hole PGA Golf de Catalan course at Caldes de Malavella , 30 minutes away.
*Palamos – charming nearby town with market, harbour etc. Playa d`Aro – shopping, nightclubs, amusement and waterpark. The painter Dalí is represented three places in the area:
Figueres, Cadaques and Pubol. Calella de Parafrugell is a picturesque little village by the sea. And not to forget the exciting city Barcelona, one hour drive on the motorway.

Notes
To confirm the booking, there is a 50% down payment, which is paid within fourteen days, by bank rest amount to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. There is also a 500€ security deposit, which is returned at the end of your stay.
Gas, electricity, water and central heating are included (an exception during winter season the heating is not included). Linen and towels not included,but available upon request. Final cleaning – 130€.The house sleeps 8 - an additionall child can be allowed with extra cost of 50€ per week. Arrival from 15.00- 20 hrs, and departure by 10.00 hrs. Exceptions can be made.
For longer renting periodes,other rate conditions are made by appointment
Enquiries concerning renting goes through the owners/and the Spanish estate agent.Bookings are dealt with by the real estate agent in Spain. (Speaks English, German and Spanish)
The property is managed by our local estate agent (gardening, pool maintenance and handy work)(poolheating is not automatic-used mainly in the cold season!)
