THE APARTMENT:

Our well furnished apartment has two full size bathrooms with showers and screens and the main bath has a jacuzzi. It has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker & all the usual modern appliances cutlery crockery pots and pans you could need. The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished and has a dining table that extends and can seat six easily. There are two bedrooms, one twin and one double, there is also a "Z" bed for occasional use and a travel cot. The bedrooms both have generous built-in wardrobes with hangers. Marble flooring throughout & hot & cold air conditioning. Private parking.
All linen and towels are provided.

THE LOCATION:

The apartment is only 30 seconds walk from the delightful sun terrace and pool, there is a further pool surrounded by palm trees and next to the promenade. The complex has 24hr security and there is a new childrens play area and garden located just behind the complex which can be easily seen from terrace so you are able to keep an eye on their safety.


THE BEACH:

Which is blue flag and just one minute walk, has a Cherongito (beach bar) which provides excellent food and drinks and has loungers for rent. The promenade provides excellent oportunities for walking towards Gibraltar or in the other direction to Sabililles. On a clear day you can even see the Atlas mountains in north Africa

THE MARINA:

The beautiful marina has many bars and restaurants from Italian, Chinese and Indian and English through to a Canadian diner and provides a great place to watch the world go by and is only one minute walk away. Sailing (even RYA courses) and fishing trips can be arranged from the Marina, it's also a great place to just have a drink and people watch.

GOLF:

The Duquesa golf and country club is a short walk away,The club has a pool, tennis, a gym and restaurant:

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:

About 20 minutes drive to Gibralter or Marbella.
Puerto Banus for people watching the rich and famous.
The world famous Tarifa surfing beach about one and a half hours away.
Selwoo, about 15 minutes drive, has a great water park.
Ronda with it's famous gorge and bull ring is well worth a visit and is about an hours drive.
A bit further away is the famous Al Hambra palace and gardens. You could even take the ferry to Morrocco!
There are more interesting restaurants nearby particularly the most unusual Roman Oasis and a small Spainish place that features Flamenco dancing with the owner taking part in the show!
Castellar is well worth a visit, about 30 minutes drive away you can see birds of prey circling in the thermals above the castle, there are beautiful views, small shops and a Flamenco bar.

TRAVEL:

Malaga airport is about one hours drive with departures from many uk airports via Ryanair, Aer Lingus, Easy Jet, Thompson etc, Jerez is about one and a half and departures are from Stanstead via Ryanair and finally Gibraltar is about twenty minutes drive with departures from Luton and Gatwick (Monarch or BA) but is the dearest.
