This two story house is set within the stunning hills and olive groves of Montefrio, of which the town is, only 7 minutes drive, you are also only a 40 minute drive away from the historic city of granada.
granada airport is only 45 minuits away.    Malaga airport is 1hr 45minutes[Car recommended] . the owners will be happy to arrange to meet you in Montefrio if directions to the property are a problem. All of this is free of charge.
The entrance to the house opens onto a large terrace with a  BBQ and seating area where you can sit and relax whilst taking in the stunning views and watching the sun rise in the morning. There is a private pool 20 meters from house it is 4 by 8 meter  and is open may to oct .the pool area is enclosed , and is equipped sun lounges and table an chairs.

Downstairs you will find an open planned fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area with an open fire. Running from the living area is the bathroom which has a shower. Upstair,s you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double and the other 1 has twin beds ,there is also a open bedroom that would suit children ,that has 2 single beds in . property is very private and has fence all around.
