Resdencial Los Allemendros II is an apartment complex in the Nueva Alcantara development, a modern real estate project that has been developed in the Meditteranean style.

The apartment complex is located only five blocks (a 8 minute walk) from the beach and promenade and is close to the tennis club and gym. The town of San Pedro is also located a short 5-minute walk from the apartment complex. It is on the beach side of the N340


This apartment has a wonderfull unobstructed view of the sea. and has a large swimming pool that is set in luxurious gardens. Indeed the apartment and its community areas are finished to highest standards incorporating marble finishes and beautiful water features.

The apartment is on the first floor. The living room is very large and includes a lounge area and a dining area. The apartment has four spacious bedrooms, each with direct access to the very large terrace .

The kitchen is also large and is equipped with all modern facilities including a dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine etc.
