Our private villa lies in a quiet cul de Sac that is in Moraira, with sea views and plenty of space on the south facing terraces and all day. A good long swimming pool means you can have a decent swim! Barbeque and Pergola for shade together with Palm, Almond,Cypress,Lemon,Orange and Olive Trees.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, two sitting rooms, 2 fridges. Log burning fire and central heating for cooler times and fans for hotter times! 5 minutes to village and beaches in car, but walking distance to restaurants and bar.

The above prices are for the whole house.
Normally Saturday or Sunday start of rental, but we can negotiate on this.
Outside of the main season we also let out just the top half of the house for up to 4 people. Please contact us for details.
There will be a small extra heating charge of £30 per week in Feb/Mar and Oct/Nov.
