Holiday villa for rent in El Campello

The villa sleeps up to 12 people in two double rooms and three twins plus a double sofa bed and has three bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite to the master bedroom.

The villa is split across two floors with the downstairs being a self contained two bedroom apartment, making it a perfect villa for two families holidaying together or for families with older children, who would like their own independence. The apartment has its own lounge/diner and kitchenette. The lounge has large patio doors opening out onto the BBQ terrace and pool area and beautiful sea views across to the bay. There are two bedrooms,one double and one twin, both are very large rooms with ample room for additional travel cots or additional beds.
Upstairs there is a large lounge/dining room with spectacular views opening out onto a large covered Veranda, here there is a dining area to enjoy your morning coffee, whist watching the sunrise. The fully fitted kitchen includes, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave.
All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans, air-conditioning and radiators making the villa a great year round holiday home.
The villa comes complete with Satellite TV both upstairs and downstairs, Video (Videos supplied), DVD Player (DVDs supplied.
There is a large outdoor Roman style pool with terraced areas for relaxing or just enjoying the view.There are plenty of loungers for the sun worshippers and ample shaded areas for escaping the suns rays. There is plenty of seating for both dining and relaxing to enjoy either your pre-dinner pool side cocktails or watching the sunset to a great BBQ.
Children are more than welcome and a security gate is fitted to prevent children from straying from the upper to the lower terrace. The perimeter is also securely fenced and gated. Smoking is not permitted within the villa however there are no restrictions outside.
Internet can be provided via a 3G donlge, please request this upon booking. The villa also has a travel cot and highchair for your use at no extra charge.
There are a few of small traditional bar/ restaurants within a 10 minute walk and also a small store where you can buy fresh bread and general items. A few minutes away there is also a large hotel complex with small shop, bars and a couple of restaurants.
El Campello is only a short drive away or can be accessed via the local tram and bus networks. This lovely traditional town has plenty of bars, restaurants and night-life. There are also 23km of beautiful beaches.
