Miami Platja is a fantastic place to go on holiday to – no matter what your requirements are. In 2003 the BBC programme “10 best holidays” found the area to be one of the world’s best family holiday destinations amongst others, because of the many facilities in the area.

Air-conditioned 3 bed house with accommodation for up to 6 people. Balcony and terrace with fantastic views of the mountains and of the residential area.

Miami Playa er et fantastisk sted at tage på ferie – lige meget hvad Deres krav er til en god sommer ferie, så finder De det i Miami Playa.. I 2003, BBC rejse programmet “10 best holidays” fandt at området var en af verdens 10 bedste steder at tage på familie ferie p.g.a. de mange faciliteter som området byder.

Klima anlæg, 3 soveværelser og sover op til 6 personer. Balkon og terrasse med fantastisk udsigt til de lokale bjerge og byen. Huset er i udkanten af byen i et stille boligområde. Kun 1,5 km til stranden

På grund af dårlige erfaringer afkræves lejere EUR 57 for slutrengøring. Dette er obligatorisk
Jeg beder om et lille depositum på EUR 100 eller tilsvarende i kroner.
Dette vil blive tilbage betalt hvis huset returneres med hus og indhold intakt.
Ved reservering bedes De venligst indbetale 50% af det fulde beløb for lejeperioden. De resterende 50% bedes De indbetale senest 1 måned før lejeperiodens begyndelse.

The house has all modern conviniencies - and then some.
Miami Playa has the best beaches on the Costa Dorada. Beautiful small coves and large gorgeous beaches. Our beach is a cove and you can walk from the cove to one of the larger beaches in a matter of minutes.
The rental period is Saturday to Saturday. You can enter the house from 3pm and have to be out again by 12 noon on the day of departure.
We charge a fee of €57 for final cleaning. This is added to the rental cost.

50% to be paid when booking. Bank transfer or payment directly in to my Spanish account only.
Payment is in Euroes. For conversion rate I rever to www.xe.com. When we return the deposit, the conversion rate used will be that stated on www.xe.com on the day we return the deposit.
Final payment including the deposit must have been made no later than 1 month prior to the rental period.
Note: the cleaning fee of EUR57 is added to the price. Because of bad experiences in the past this is not an option and must be paid as well.
I ask of a deposit of €100. This will be refunded if nothing is destroyed in the house. |
