THE VILLA
The villa is situated in a small gated complex which is very private and adjacent to the communal pool. It has it’s own driveway at the side of the house. On the ground floor there is an American style open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area with air-con, DTV, DVD with a selection of films, Stereo CD Radio with a selection of cds, a utility room with washing machine, iron and board. There is a bedroom with twin beds, ceiling fan and a shower room with wash basin and toilet. There is also a front terrace and patio with patio furniture. The 1st level has a Master Bedroom with air-con, ceiling fan, balcony/terrace and en-suite luxury bathroom. Bedroom window overlooks pool. The 2nd level is a Roof Top Terrace with shower and wonderful views of the salt lake, communal pool and surrounding area.

Notes
The villa is on Los Balcones/ Flamenca Beach, which is a quiet residential area near to the town of Torrevieja. There are shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk. The villa is a short drive (10mins) from the centre of town with it’s lovely promenade, beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and the nightly market. There are 2 water parks in the area, the large one is called Aquapolis and the small one is the Aqua Park Flamengo . The large hypermarket, Carrefour and the new Habaneras shopping centre is a short drive away. There is plenty to do in the area including many blue flag beaches with pedalos, jet skis, volleyball, water slides and fishing. You can hire sun loungers and parasols on the beaches. There is also a safari park, horse riding, shopping, sightseeing and golf.
There are 4 cities within an hours drive. Alicante, Elche, Murcia and Cartegena
Two airports are within easy reach, Alicante and Murcia with many low cost operators flying there including; Easyjet, Ryanair, jet2, BMIbaby and Monarch to name but a few.
There are 4 championship golf courses within a ten minute drive of the villa. There is a good bus service, with bus stop a short walk away which takes you to the beaches and Torrrevieja Town.

TORREVIEJA
Torrevieja has a unique lifestyle in that it combines a truly Spanish town with all the modern necessities for a wonderful holiday.
Torrevieja is named by the World Health Organisation as the healthiest place in the world to live and the Crevillente mountains protect the coast to the west and the warm Mediterranean sea to the east makes this an ideal all year round holiday destination.

Notes
To confirm a booking a £75 non returnable deposit is required.
The balance will be due not less than 4 weeks before your stay.
A £100 keys/breakages returnable deposit is payable on payment of balance. This will be returned approx one week after your stay. Prices are for a maximum of 4 people staying, £25 per week per extra person up to a maximum of 6.
For your convenience and to ensure the place is suitably clean for the next guests a payment of 50€ must be made to the management company on your arrival. They will show you round the house. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the level of cleanliness please let the management company know. A deduction may be made from your deposit if the place is left in an unreasonable state.
Airport pick up/ drop off available.
Fully insured car for hire if you rent the villa, ask for details.
Discount for 2 or less people staying. Discount for long let.
Electricity is metered.
