Description: |
The villa is set in 2500sq m of flat land all fenced with auto gates. The villa is new built with all new furniture, air con. There is a very nice orchard with 20 different fruit trees, a large lawn, and a large paved area around the pool for sun bathing. Good pool with roman steps, large car park at the rear would take 10 cars. There is a large area with 2 pagolas with chairs and tables for eating al fresco. All areas are lit for the evening. English gentleman attends to the pool and garden. Childrens sand pit and slide and shuggy boat. Full size table tennis.free pool table, Dart Board. 8 Sun beds, outside dining for 10. Wonderful panoramic views.
the villa is a 5min drive to El Sexmo or 20 mins walk in the day time on a good road, plenty of bars and a very nice restaurant with barbys in the summer, 3 good supermarkets, with fresh meats, fish and veg counter, bakery with fresh bread daily;
a few min drive on to Cartama, a lot of shops, restaurants (English, Chinese, Italian, Spanish tapas and many barbies. A very good street market on a Sunday morning. 25 min drive to the coast beaches.
For a day out it is only 15 mins drive to Coin with lots of restaurants and modern bars also a shopping centre with burger king,authentic spanish bars nice shops ten pin bowling, multi cinemas.
also worth a visit is Mayo cenre with shopping factory outlets, 10 alley bowling,27 restaurants including macdonalds.kiddies play area with machines for good fun, bars, evenings discos . A great place for the whole family to enjoy
