SURROUNDINGS OF THE VILLA
Marbella-San Pedro, has 27 kilometres of beach, of which, 12 kilometres are blue zones, which are increasing with time. Marbella is by nature Green and Blue.
Marbella-San Pedro has a unique microclimate, even in the winter months the temperature can reach a pleasant 20 degrees or more, perfect for all the sightseeing available in the area or a game of Golf or Tennis. In the Spring and Autumn you can expect temperatures of around 25 degrees or more and of course in the summer months it is wonderfully hot, perfect for just spending lazy days on the beach or enjoying the many water sports on offer. The warm evenings can be enjoyed strolling around the boutiques, cafes and restaurants that cluster around the cobbled streets of the harbour or you will appreciate sitting outside one of the many restaurants or cafes enjoying an alfresco meal and drink.
DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA
The villa can fit in between 10-14 people, as stated, distributed in 5 bedrooms en suite, of which 3 of them are on the ground floor, one of them on the upper floor and the Granny house in the garden.
Villa Turrion, situated in a residential area, 2 minutes walk from the beach The villa has two floors. The ground floor offers three bedrooms, (one of them with a king size bed and the other two have twin beds). The villa also offers on the ground floor, a main lounge and dinning area with chimney, 29" TV, satellite and CD player and a second lounge also offers a chimney, 21" TV, Intenet Adsl, Dvd and video and a selection of 200 DVD’s for our guests to view and a collection of books in our library for you to read and exchange. The kitchen is also situated in the ground floor and leads to a covered porch. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing-machine, 2 fridge/freezers, deep fat fryer, glass hob hob, gas hob and electric grill and small electrical appliances, as well as delph and cutlery for 14 people.
The second floor is dedicated to the Master bedroom, bathroom and dressing room, all decorated in an Egyptian style. This bedroom offers a king size bed.
In the garden you will find the walk in covered heated pool, swings, slide and an exterior ping-pong table as well as a brick build BBQ and sitting area and 14 sun beds.
Although there is no parking problems in the outside of the villa, the same also offers a covered garage.
In the garden, you will find the Granny house, which is the 5th bedroom of the house, with its bathroom and two single beds, decorated in lovely sunny colours.
In order to accommodate 14 persons, since the house has 5 bedrooms (accommodating 2 persons in each room which would mean 10 persons), we add 4 extra beds distribuited in the rooms, in order to accommodate a total of 14 persons confortably.

PUERTO BANUS.
One of the most famous ports of the world, in which you can find, luxurious yachts from all around the world, the most exclusive cars, or simply bade under the sun in its adjacent beaches or simply shop around the exclusive boutiques, have lunch or dinner at any of the great variety of restaurants or have a drink in fashionable bars or discoteques, being able to choose from a relaxed atmosphere or a night full of fun.
RONDA.
Charming mountain town with one of the older bullring of Spain Built in 1572), with beautifull areas and places to visit.
GIBRALTAR.
A small piece of England.
NERJA.
A precious town next to the sea with one of the most important caves of Spain.

50% rental to be paid on reservation & 50% a month before arrival to the property, via bank transfer. Damage deposit to be paid on arrival 600.- Euros in Cash, handed over on departure.
Check-in at 16:00 hours on Saturdays and Departure 12:00 hours on Saturdays. You are able to leave your luggage before and after departure times.
