Welcome to our VILLA ROCA, just a 5 minute stroll from the beautiful and enchanting village of BENALMADENA PUEBLO. www.villa-roca.com
We have 7 bedrooms sleeping up to a total of 14 adults and 2 infants. (A further bed is available on request). 2 bedrooms have king size beds, 4 have twins, and there is a further double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe. Bed linen, hand/bath towels and a beach towel per visitor is available and if a mid fortnightly linen changeover is required there is a 120 Euro charge extra.
On-site is use of tumble drier, washing machine, BBQ outside kitchen/pool room. A trampoline for the kids (used at your own risk),a Pool table, a heated pool & air-conditioning at NO extra cost. And as a huge bonus from 2007 the use of a 9-seater people carrier and a 7 seater car FREE OF CHARGE.

The living accommodation is set out as follows.
UPPER LEVEL. 5 bedrooms, 2 doubles, 3 twins, 2 en-suite, 1 family bathroom with separate shower and a separate cloakroom. A large open plan living dining area with seating for 6 - 8 people inside and a further 6 - 8 on the terrace outside. A beautiful new and quality fitted kitchen with miele appliances, dishwasher, steam oven, regular oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle etc.. etc.. if there is anything you´re missing we will aim to get it for you (within reason!!) From the lounge are the double glazed patio doors leading out on to the terrace where the views stretch from sierra nevada, to benalmadena port and around to fuengirola port and out towards Gibraltar....on a clear night one can clearly see the horizon in Africa!...truly stunning and restful.
LOWER LEVEL a totally independant 2 bedroomed apartment with a good sized lounge/dining and kitchen area, a double bedroom and a twin. Also a newly fitted family bathroom with bath and shower over. The doors from the lounge open straight out onto the huge terrace and pool area where one can find ample sunbeds and seating. The apartment has a small kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge freezer. (there is no oven or dishwasher in the apartment) and is fully kitted out as upstairs.
Outside is a further kitchen/bbq area with sink and a washing machine and tumble drier. The pool is heated (in the winter) has lighting and easy access steps. There is also to the side a large grassed area with a full sized trampoline. To the side of the apartment is a further private terrace area which is cooler in the summer months. The apartment also has air-conditioning and heating.
The size of this villa lends itself perfectly for a couple of families upstairs and has the possibility for a set of grandparents (or 2) to stay downstairs and get a bit of peace and quiet.
We have had many happy guests and if you wish to talk to any of these, then this can easily be arranged!
NB: For use of the vehicles, drivers must be over the age of 27 and hold a full, current driver license.

A beautiful villa which has proved itself over and over with our guests to be in a fantastic location, walking distance to all amenities and a short drive or bus ride to the port, market and beaches. For this season we offer the use of 2 x free vehicles and we also offer a pick up and drop off airport service. Wireless internet is avaiable, also we provide beach towels, high chairs, cots etc...to make your family stay pleasurable and easy. There are a choice of gas or living bbq´s. We have double glazing and air conditioning as well as central heating for the winter months. This truly is a home from home experience.

Special notes
25% deposit payable on booking. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. We require on arrival a 250 euro deposit for keys, damages & breakages (fully refundable) For stays of over 1 week we have a linen change service available at a charge of 120 euros. A cleaner is also avaiable on request at a further charge of 15 euros per hour.
