Holiday villa for rent in Playa de Pals

Casa Garcia is located in the family beach resort of Playa de Pals and Sa Riera (no high rises) on a coastal hill from which you can overlook the Medes Islands and see across the valley to the Pyrenees mountains. The villa shares the large swimming pool with only seven other villas in a very secluded setting. The shops, bars and restaurants of both resorts are easily reached within 15/20 minute walk, whilst the historic and beautiful villages of Pals and Begur are just 15min car ride.
The villa is completely equipped and furnished to a high standard with all domestic appliances and audio/video/DVD equipment: well above the average rental accommodation.

Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a third full bathroom for the other double bedroom.

White sandy beaches are a few minutes walk: the long main beach, a small secluded naturist beach and a selection of small bays – Sa Riera (our favourite a lovely cove with boat and kayak rentals) and Sa Tuna.

Beautiful 27 and two 18 hole golf courses are 5 minutes away, several more are within 30-60 minutes. The surrounding countryside has many interesting features for short excursions or daytrips: Greco Roman ruins, beautiful medieval cities, coastal trips – Aiguablava, Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Tamariu, Palamos, S’agaro, Calonge, Roses, Estartit.

Inland there are many signposted cycle routes with apple orchards and lovely wooded glades. Bikes can be delivered to the house from Palafrugell
Walking paths are everywhere with bird nature reserves, rivers, pools and rice fields abound.
