Description: |
A beautiful detached villa with private pool enjoying breathtaking valley and mountain views. The villa is situated in the quiet residential area of La Joya offering spacious and comfortable accomodation. Within a 5 minute drive is the exclusive town of Moraira with a fantastic array of shops and restaurants.
Entrance from the front garden leads into a good sized lounge with two double sofas, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. An archway then leads through to the dining area and kitchen which includes fridge and freezer, microwave, gas oven, kettle and toaster.
The master bedroom enjoys the benefit of an en suite bathroom with shower. There are French doors in the bedroom that open onto a balcony with views of the pool and countryside. There is a further double bedroom, a third bedroom with two single beds and the main bathroom.
The lounge also leads onto the covered naya with patio furniture. From the upper patio, steps lead down to the private kidney shaped pool. There is a wonderful Mediterranean garden and further terraces, ideal for barbeques and an evening drink whilst enjoying the beautiful Spanish sunset....
