Parking is available just outside the gated complex. The apartment can be accessed via external stairs or a lift and features a large loung/dining area with open plan kithchen, master bedroom with double bed and luxury en-suite, double bedroom, family bathroom. There are 2 extra pull out beds.

The lounge /dining room has a 2 seater sofa , armchair and coffee table. There is a large colour TV with Satelite Systems1/BBC, Sky sports movies etc available. ( Your are welcome to bring your own DVDS and CDS).The dining area seats 4 .

Sliding doors open to the balcony which has a table chairs and sun loungers for your relaxation. The balcony overlooks the pool and is ideal for those lazy breakfasts or just to soak up the sun.

The kitchen is fully tiled and equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, electric hop and oven, microwave, toaster and just everything you will require to make your stay as though you had not left home.

Bedrooms have a large built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with walk in shower. wash basin, large mirror and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has built in wardrobes, and two single beds. The family bathroom has a shower, wash basin large mirror and toilet.

You will also find hairdryers, clothes airer , iron and ironing board for your use.

Outside, the complex enjoys a comunal totally equipped private swimming pool. There are extensive leisure areas and green spaces with variouse plants. There is a large gardened space with trees that incorpoates a pond. For the keep fit fanatics there is a multi purpose sports area, and a tennis court. It also enjoys a secure but beautiful childrens playground. High walls and fences enclose the whole area and entry is by way of a security key. Walkways to the building and communal areas are made of concrete tiles and the whole area is well lit for your safety.

The apartment is ready for booking all year round subject to availability. Intial enquires can be made via email or telephone to the Owners. A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to secure.The balance will be due 8 week prior to departure but no later than 4 weeks .Payment can be by cheque or Bank Transfer.Airport transfer is not included in price. Welcome packs can be arrange for arrival at an extra charge of approx 15 euros ( inc tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread butter, water etc) and we can hire any baby care items or other items at a weekly fee ( eg bikes , car seats cots, strollers, high chairs) as per your instructions.
