Our apartment is on a lovely complex close to the beach. There are 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a large lounge and terrace overlooking the pool.

Description: |
Our apartment is situated on a new secure complex near the typical Spanish village of El Vergel but within an easy drive of the cosmopolitan town of Denia. The safe, sandy beach of Deveses is a five minute walk away. There are restaurants, bars and a supermarket all within walking distance.Next door to the apartment is a new health club with an indoor pool, tennis courts, gym and treatment rooms. We can arrange daily orv weekly membership during your stay.
Inside the apartment is simply and stylishly furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Air –conditioning is fitted for the warm summer months. There are three double bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room, a large through lounge, a well -equipped kitchen with separate utility area and a terrace which overlooks the gardens and is ideal for al fresco meals and sunbathing.
The grounds are very attractive with mature trees and planting and plenty of space to relax in the sun. There is a swimming pool, children’s pool, play area and tennis court.
There is plenty to do close by including El Vergel Safari Park suitable for children of all ages. Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia Water Park are both a short drive away. The nearby towns of Denia and Oliva with their many shops and restaurants also have interesting historical buildings and celebrate with Fiestas throughout the year. Denia has a lovely new harbour area from where you can take a ferry to Ibiza or beyond There are wonderful walks in the Montgo National park and some lovely inland Spanish villages to discover. The numerous beaches all along this coastline are mostly sandy and rarely become crowded.
