Description: |
This apartment comes luxuriously stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. It has a double bed and 4 singles as well as 2 temporary beds, making a maximum sleeping capacity of 8.
There is a bbq available for use on the terrace and a small lawned garden for games or sunbathing. There are chairs and sun loungers in the garden with padded covers. Beyond the garden is a large shared swimming pool with a water fall. The whole complex is secure and has electronic car gates and a key operated pedestrian gate. Each apartment has video phone entry.
In the living room is a cupboard full of board games and books for young children, as well as adult books and a playstation. Satellite tv in the living room, with a tv/dvd player in the master bedroom.
There are two leather suites in the open-plan living space which also contains a brand new and well stocked kitchen. The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, so no going home with dirty washing.
Bed lined and towels are provided and extras are available if needed. Please bring your own beach towels.
There is a safety deposit box available for use during your stay. I will supply the code once booking has been paid for.

Cleaning is charges at 65 euros per holiday. £50 deposit required with the rest being payable 6 weeks before travel. Lost keys charged at 20 euros per set.
Pick up and drop off can be arrived from Murcia or Alicante at additional cost - price on request. |
