Stylish, high quality first floor apartment in Punta Marina prestigious development. The complex is built in 2006/2007 and of a unique design. There is no traffic through the development which means that it is quiet and safe.

Ideally situated for those that want everything close to hand. 5 minutes walk to Consum supermarket, main shopping, fitness centre, restaurants and bars. Nearest beach is one kilometre away.

Five minutes drive to Villamartin Plaza, with a variety of excellent golf courses and facilities and other attractions very close by.

Fully equipped with the distinct advantage of air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom, 32" HD flat screen TV with DVD and unlimited wireless internet connection. Fully equipped kitchen is fitted with granite worktops.

The patio door leads on to the large balcony which is equipped with table and chairs. The balcony area has built-in down lighters to provide ambient lighting for your evening drinks when the sun has gone down.

Stairs from the dining area will lead you directly to your own 40 sq m big solarium with sea view and a refreshing outside shower. There are 2 beach loungers, round table and 4 positioning chairs.


NO CAR NEEDED. Everything is at close hand. In addition 2 bicycles are available free of charge.

Torrevieja city is only 4 km from the apartment. The city hosts many good restaurants, a big water world amusement park, a wide choice of shops and every Friday a big market with 1200 booths.
You can walk to Torrevieja along the beach most of the way or take a bus/taxa (appr 10 min)
