Accomodation is as follow:
from the entrance hall with w/c leads into an exceptionally large lounge and dining area.
To the right is a large fully fitted kitchen with 2 refrigerators, dishwasher,washing mashine,electric oven and hob and microwave. Well equipped for large parties.

To the left leading from the lounge are 3 good size twin berooms all with en suite bathromms.

On the lower level of the villa is the separate apartment:
One twin bedroom with ensuite has also a small kitchen and a sitting area with 2 sofas -beds.(can sleep 2 childeren)

The garden and the pool are well maintained and has plenty of sun beds and good garden furniture for eating the garden are lovely views of the Mediterranean and surrounding countryside.

Fully alarmed, pool heating is optinnal extra.

The villa has digital TV, video and music system.
