Description: |
A lovely apartment situated five minutes drive from three well known championship golf courses, open to non members. This apartment is situated in a peaceful and tranquil part of the Costa Blanca, with Campoamor, Cabo Roig and La Zenia with their beautiful beaches and large choice of bars and restaurants within a short drive (approx. 7 minutes by car or taxi). Those wanting a livelier evening should visit the vibrant town of Torrevieja about 45 minutes drive with its cosmopolitan shops, street markets, tapas bars, restaurants and night clubs.
A 10-15 drive to the south will bring you to the famous Mar Menor with its safe sandy beaches – ideal for children and a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Slightly further south is the city of Cartagena with its sea promenade, beautiful old buildings and Roman amphitheatre.
The apartment is air conditioned, and beautifully furnished to a high standard with a separate kitchen containing all new facilities including washing machine and microwave. There is a 32” flat screen TV and DVD with a digital Sky box which includes Sky Sport, Childrens TV, along with all the standard English Channels. The complex benefits from a large communal pool, with an additional kiddies pool. This apartment also enjoys the unique benefit of not being directly overlooked and has pleasant views from the patio over a small park, which has the advantage of a safe play area for younger children. This ground floor apartment is fully alarmed with all the latest security additions for your peace of mind.
There is a shopping complex within walking distance where you can enjoy tapas and a beer. Get some supplies in Aldis if you wish, or even surf online and enjoy a coffee. In the evening the same complex enjoys the benefit of a selection of restaurants serving traditional Spanish or British food of a high standard.
Nearby: Villamartin Plaza and La Zenia are superb for eating and drinking with a wide choice of quality shops and restaurants. The apartment is close but not directly on the Villamartin complex which makes it suitable for families wanting a quieter more relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle.
Travel: Murcia airport is 20 minutes away and Alicante airport is 45 minutes drive. Airport transfers can be arranged by pre-booking. Taxis and car hire are available at the airport. Car hire is not essential but is recommended.
Golf: If you play golf you will be spoilt for choice with three first class golf courses within a five minutes drive of the apartment. Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. Golf clubs and buggies can be hired for a small fee at the golf courses. It is advisable to pre-book your tee off times and remember to take your handycap certificate with you.
Things to do: Tennis, gym, sauna, fishing and go-karting are all within easy striking distance. Further affield in Benedorm just over one hours drive away are Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Waterpark and Mundomar Animal Park.

If you have an interest in boats, you can find many marinas in this area where boats and yachts are moored. There is often a restaurant or café located nearby where you can sit and enjoy a meal while looking out over the beautiful scenery all around you.

Special notes Booking:
Please e-mail us with your required dates, and we will forward a booking form to your home address, or if preferred email you a printable copy. The booking form should then be returned to us. A deposit of £100 or €125.00 is required immediately to secure the reservation which is paid directly into our Spanish bank account. Details to be advised. The balance is then required 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
The apartment managers will meet you with the keys on arrival. A cheque for £50 or €63.00 cash is required to cover any major breakages – this is refundable after the apartment has been inspected and the keys returned. Cleaning of the apartment is in addition to the above costs at €45.00 which is also payable to the managers on arrival.
There is a charge of €8.00 extra per person for cleaning of linen and towels.
