The Villa is within easy walking distance of the many amenities on offer such as, Miraflores Golf Course, Aztec Tennis and social club, 3 supermarkets, numerous specialist restaurants and bars, and of course the beach with its plentifull supply of Beach Bars, within a very short drive there is even a Racecourse. Malaga Airport is only 25 minutes away, and Puerto Banus is 15 minutes away. Externally there is secure parking for at least two cars in the courtyard. There is a very large terrace with palm tree and many flowering potted plants, private swimming pool, and separate barbecue area, 6 sun lounges and outdoor Al Fresco dining furniture, make for the perfect relaxing break.

The Villa has superb accomodation and the benefit of air conditioning, all bedrooms have excellant views of mainly the Mediterranian. There are three/four bedrooms all are extremely well appointed with the Master Bedroom having en-suite facilities. The /4th bedroom has mirrored wardrobes to three walls, and there are two modern fold away single beds if required. In all there are three double bedrooms, one Kingsize, one double and one double bedroom with two single beds. A super family bathroom and downstairs W.C. with hand wash basin compliments the luxury. The ground floor consists of a large L shaped lounge, dining area, full satelite T.V., DVD, CD player, there is ample seating both in the lounge and dining area. The kitchen is well equiped and modern, with fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, under unit lighting, cooling fan and extractor. The washing machine along with the ironing board and iron are located in the utility area which is off the hall.

All linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels) are included and a full linen change and clean is affected once a week.

Payment will be accepted by cheque or bank transfer. A returnable deposit of �250-00 is required to secure the booking, this is held against damage or cancellation. Twelve weeks before departure 50% of the total rent is due, and the remaining 50% is due eight weeks before departure. In the case of late bookings the total including the deposit is due on booking. Christmas is not Saturday to Saturday.
