The other terrace has a Jacuzzi and faces onto the 2nd tee of the golf course, therefore with the two terraces the sun is there for sunbathing all day.

Description: Beautiful 3 bedroom Penthouse apartment, in a secure gated community, fully air-conditioned for the hot months and heating for the cooler months,.
The apartment sleeps 6, there are 2 bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with twin beds.
The master bedroom is large with an en-suite bathroom and there is a further bathroom to serve the other 2 bedrooms.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine dryer fridge freezer, microwave grill, cooker hob, kettle and toaster.

There is also an iron and ironing board, and both bathrooms has a hair dryer.

The lounge has a dining area with seating for six and a large comfortable sitting area with coffee table.
There is Sky TV, CD player stereo hifi and DVD player. More programs can be viewed if you bring your own sky card.
There is also a selection of films and music CD’s.
On the patio overlooking the pool there is a dining table and chairs and sunloungers.

On the other extra large terrace which overlooks the 2nd tee of the golf course and tennis courts, there is the family size Jacuzzi, there is also a comfortable seating area with a sun awning for protection from the sun if required, there is a BBQ and large dining table and chairs and more sun loungers.

The apartment has underground parking, which is accessed from the lift or stairs directly from the apartment, and has secure entry system
The apartment shares a large communal pool, children’s pool with children’s play area and large beautiful landscaped gardens. Residents also have use of the tennis courts and the occupants have reduced green fees at the Isla Canela golf club. There are also practice courses with putting greens, a social club serving meals and drinks with a golf school, golf shop with buggies for hire, Bowling Green.
The beach is beautiful with soft golden sand and the sea retreats to leave warm pools that are ideal for young children to play. Bars and snack bars are situated along the beach, with restaurants along the promanade

Notes
The beautiful beach is aprox: 2 km. From the apartment with a choice of restaurants and bars and is a nice walk for those who enjoy walking
Ayamonte is a charming town 5 minutes drive from Isla Canela which is divided from Portugal by a breathtaking bridge over the River Guardiana, it has quaint cobbled streets, charming squares with shops and Churches. Tapas bars, banks and restaurants around squares, and has a laid back Spanish feel about it with the Marina running alongside the town. There is a choice of supermarkets. There is also a park with a small Zoo.
Isla Canela has the added advantage of 7 other good quality golf courses in Spain and Portugal within 30 minutes drive of the apartment.
Ayamonte is only 45 minutes drive from Faro Airport in Portugal and one and a quarter hours drive from Seville Airport and the beautiful city of Seville.
A short ferry ride will take you across the Gaurdiana River to Villa Real in Portugal and this is good for shopping.
There are also sightseeing boat trips along the river, and fishing trips.
There are plenty of sea sports for the active available.

Many low cost flights can be got to Faro or Seville and there is a large choice of car hire companies at both airports.
