Description: |
A totally remodelled luxury 2-bedroom/2-bathroom fully air-conditioned apartment at Las Terazzas, the leading development in Portals Nous. It overlooks the fabulous marina of Puerto Portals and has excellent sea views.
The entire property is extremely well appointed with brand new bathrooms, a new lmodern kitchen, underfloor heating, tiled floors, designer furnishings and quality appliances throughout including a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and a home theatre surround-sound music system.
The master bedroom has a double bed, ample wardrobe space and has sliding doors leading onto the terrace. Its en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, wc and wash-basin.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, again with a walk-in shower, wc and wash-basin.
The living area has a large sofa, satellite-TV (200+ channels including BBC, ITV & Sky), a DVD & CD Player and an I-pod base.
Sliding glass patio doors lead off to a huge South-facing 50 sq m patio which has beautiful views to the sea and on which is a good-size dining table with comfortable seating for six, two sun-loungers, bench seating and plenty more extra space for recreation.
The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee perculator and has plenty of pots, pans, tableware, cutlery and glasses.
Location: Las Terrazas occupies a prominent position close to Portals Nous village, on the cliff-top directly overlooking Puerto Portals Marina. The village shops, the marina - with its wide selection of restaurants and bars - as well as the beach, are all within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. Palma Nova is reached by car within 5 minutes, Santa Ponsa in 10 and the city of Palma also 10-minutes. The airport can usually be reached within 20 minutes. A regular bus service also connects Portals Nous with the neighbouring towns and villages. There are numerous boat rental agencies in both the village and the marina.
Maximum Occupancy: Occupancy at the apartment is limited to 4 persons (plus an infant as a fifth and a cot & high-chair can be provided at no extra charge).
Pets: We regret no pets are permitted in the apartment.
Smokers: Smoking is permitted on the patio and in the grounds of Las Terrazas but not inside the apartment itself.
Laundry: The apartment has its own washing machine and separate dryer. There is a dry cleaning business just 5 minutes walk away in Puerto Portals and another in Portals Nous village.
Car rental: Rental cars can be arranged from just 20 Euros/day.
