Both areas are equipped to comfortably seat six people but large enough to accommodate up to eight if necessary. There is Sky television with 34 channels including Sky movies, Sky sports, all UK main channels and a selection of entertainment, news and documentary channels. The kitchen is separate with lovely wooden units, ceramic worktops, and ceramic hob with cooker , microwave, and refrigerator with ice box, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board.
There is downstairs toilet shower room and a large storage area under the staircase. The beautiful marble staircase leads to the first floor which has three good size bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The largest room has a double bed and opens into a lovely balcony. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. The fully equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, W.C., bidet, and wash basin with illuminated mirror. On the third floor there is a large sun-terrace which is equipped with sunbathing chairs, table, chairs and an umbrella.
