Lovely area in Castalla close to the towns of Ibi, Onil and Tibi with superb views away from the hustle and bustle. Only 25 minutes drive from Alicante airport.

Two bedroomed apartment with lounge, dining area leading to kitchen with various appliances and gallery with washing machine and fridge freezer. The roof terrace with lovely all round views is reached from the back of the property and has sunbeds, barbecue and large paddling pool. The property has air-conditioning, heating and local and satellite TV.
There are two good sized bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a bathroom with bath and shower.

Within easy reach of golf courses and large shopping centres and supermarkets. Appx. 30 mins drive to Benidorm.

Notes
All year round accommodation with air-conditioning and heating with local and Satellite TV and dvd player.

£60.00 deposit required with booking, returnable after keys returned and check carried out (for damage or breakages) following departure.
Cleaning charge of 40 euros to be paid on collection of keys for clean and 2 washes. Further washes will be deducted at 5 euros per wash from deposit.

Pool pass (for unlimited use of pool during stay)to be collected with keys. Non return of pass on departure is subject to a fee of 50 euros deductable from deposit.
