The Apartment at a Glimpse…
This lovely south facing, ground floor 2 bedroom apartment was brand new in October 2005. It is positioned within a well designed & spacious development with a mixture of apartments, townhouses & detached villas. It is extremely well situated as it is walking distance to all amenities. The local beach is just 15 minutes walk, there are many supermarkets to choose from, the nearest is just 5 minutes walk and there are also many bars & international restaurants just 10 minutes walk away.
This south facing apartment has sunshine on the terrace all day! And it comprises of:
· Two Bedrooms -
One double bed, Two single beds, One folding bed (suitable for a child).
Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes.
All beds have duvets and all bedlinen is provided.
· Large living room -
With two leather sofas, TV, CD player & radio, coffee table & dining table seating four.
· Fully fitted kitchen -
With ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, iron, ironing board. Crockery & cutlery for 6 people. Pots and Pans.
· Large fully tiled bathroom -
With bath & shower over, basin, bidet & toilet. Towels for 4-5 people are provided.
· Rear utility/patio area -
With washing machine & drying area.
At the front of the apartment there is a large patio/terrace with table & chairs for that all important al fresco dining in the warm Mediterranean sun….. Down a few steps is a small pretty walled garden, safe & secure for children to play in while you sun bathe on the terrace! The large communal pool is just behind the apartment and has a separate shallow section for children. The pool area is surrounded by landscaped gardens with grass & trees….. A perfect place to relax, swim or just soak up that sun! Also on the complex (just around the corner) there is a purpose built football pitch & basketball court as well as a children’s playground.

The Beaches…
Costa Blanca is famous for it’s beautiful white sandy beaches and there are several EU blue flag sandy beaches close by. With 25 different beaches to choose from in Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, all within a 15-minute radius, you’re spoilt for choice!!!
We can highly recommend:
· Playa Punta Prima - 15 minutes walk
One of our local sandy beaches that has a fantastic Spanish restaurant ‘Punta Prima Restaurante’ that looks over the blue Mediterranean Sea.
· Playa Cala Ferris - 18 minutes walk
A quiet, gorgeous unspoilt palm fringed beach where you can lay in the white sand under a palm tree and read a good book - (See photograph).
· Playa Flamenca Beach - 5 minutes drive
A lovely sandy beach that has two coves and a recently built, very smart promenade. Den Engel Lobster Restaurant is just one of the many places to eat here. A very popular beach in the summer.
· La Zenia Beach - 8 minutes drive
This beach also has two coves with a large restaurant overlooking the great expanse of white sand and clear blue water. In the summer there are many water sports to be enjoyed here. A very popular beach in the summer.
· Cala Capitan/ Cabo Roig Beach - 10 minutes drive
A lovely cove with a mixture of interesting rocks to climb on & sand for sun bathing. Very popular with the locals.
· La Mata Beach - 12 minutes drive
A long golden sandy beach north of Torrevieja. A lovely beach lined with tapas bars & restaurants.
· Campoamar Beach - 15 minutes drive
A lovely sandy beach with a smart marina nearby.

Golf Courses…
Golf is a major sporting pastime on the Costa Blanca and it boasts many international courses. There are 3 beautiful 18-Hole par 72 courses within a 10-minute drive; Villa Martin, Las Rambles and Campoamor (See photograph). There are also 3 more a little further a field; La Finca, Golf & Country Club La Marquesa and La Manga.
Shops, Bars & Restaurants…
There are 3 large supermarkets all within 7-10 minutes walk. There are also lots of bars & restaurants within walking distance, including the Via Park 3 complex which has a variety of English restaurants & bars as well as a Chinese & Indian Restaurant and an internet café.
You can also walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima where there are Chinese, Indian, English and Italian restaurants along with the lovely traditional newly refurbished Spanish restaurant - ‘Patio Andaluz’ which has flamenco dancing & entertainment twice a week.
Torrevieja…
The bustling town of Torrevieja is only a 10 minute drive or bus ride away where during the day you can ‘shop till you drop’ or just stroll along the promenade and relax & enjoy a ‘Café con leche’ in one of the many promenade coffee shops/restaurants over looking the beautiful beaches. By night Torrevieja becomes an exciting lively place to eat out or dance the night away. During the summer months the main road is closed and the streets are full of entertainment for all ages.
On the outskirts of Torrevieja is Las Habaneras shopping centre with 3 floors of shops and an underground car park. Just next door is the Ozone complex with a casino, ten pin bowling alley and a KFC. There is also a McDonalds & Burger king close by. Also the famous Villa Martin Plaza with its lovely restaurants & great atmosphere is only a 12-minute drive away.
Local Markets…
There is a market everyday of the week within easy reach. Three major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday (20 minutes walk), La Mata on a Wednesday and Torrevieja on a Friday.

· Car hire is not essential but we would recommend it to make the most of your holiday.
· Alternatively, we can arrange bike hire at a low cost. This is a great way to explore the beaches & the local area!!! (Please contact us for prices).
· Or, if you prefer public transport, there is an hourly bus service to & from Torrevieja all year round. The bus stop is just 10 minutes walk away.
· There is also a taxi rank outside one of our local supermarkets just 10 minutes walk away.
Healthcare…
Although we never want to think about doctors, dentists & hospitals when we’re on holiday, if you find you do require medical attention whilst away, you’ll be pleased to know that the local doctor, dentist & pharmacy are just a short 10 minutes walk away and there is a brand new, state of the art hospital just 5 minutes drive away that has been described as the most modern & advanced hospital in Europe by the local press.

Special notes
· Rates commence from the first night of your stay.
· Rates are for up to 4 people accommodating the property, not per person.
· Rates are fully inclusive of electricity, water, standard cleaning, linen & towels.
· A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
· The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival or full payment is required if the booking is made with less than 8 weeks notice.
· Changeovers can be any day of the week, subject to availability.
· A refundable damage/excess cleaning deposit of £100/150 euros is required with your rental payment and will be returned to you a few days following the end of your stay subject to no damage, loss of keys or excess cleaning required.
· Airport transfer can be arranged if required (please contact us for up-to-date rates).
· Hire of a travel cot, high chair & pushchair can be arranged if required.
· Hire of mountain bikes for the duration of your stay can also be arranged.
· Hire of wheelchairs can also be arranged if required.
· No pets or smoking are allowed in the apartment.
· Bedlinen, hand, bath & poolside towels are provided.
· You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, the local area will be explained to you and any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
· We accept payment by:
· Cheque (Following receipt, please allow 5 working days to clear)
· Postal Order
· Bank Transfer
· If arriving at the property or departing between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am, an additional late arrival/departure charge of 30 euros will be payable upon arrival at the property.
