Description: |
Cómpeta is a huddle of brilliant white houses tumbling down the mountainside, surrounded by vineyards. A Moorish settlement in origin, Cómpeta is now famous for its wine, friendly atmosphere and the beautiful mountains surrounding it.
Cómpeta is a great place to get away from the stresses and strains of life. There are many local festivals, and always something going on from weekly street markets to processions, music and dancing. With its restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as shops selling wine, antiques, ceramics and local honey, Cómpeta is an ideal base for walking in the mountains, sightseeing, travelling inland to Granada and the lake district, or taking trips further afield to the likes of Ronda, Cordoba or Seville. In the summer you might want to laze on the beach and in the winter take your skis to the slopes of the Sierra Nevada.
Casa San Sebastian is an historic townhouse; approximately 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 25 minutes from the beach. The house is comprised of two bedrooms, one en-suite with twin beds and one double with small balcony. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge (sleeps 1) with log burning fire and two roof terraces with extensive views of the Mediterranean, the north coast of Africa and the surrounding countryside.
Casa San Sebastian is within a few minutes walk of Competa’s main plaza, shops and restaurants offering views of the town and the mountains.

Special notes
Please telephone or e-mail to make a reservation. A non refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. An additional security deposit of £50 against breakages is payable with the balance and will be returned when the property has been checked and prepared for new guests following your departure.
Prices are based on 2 people using the double room, for more guests add £10 per person (upto 5 people). Maid service is available at extra cost and booking in advance.
