Holiday villa for rent in El Puerto de Santa Maria

The villa is just round the corner of the fashionable Puerto Sherry Marina, with surfing and sailing clubs. The Golf Club of Vistahermosa is just behind our house and the Vistahermosa Equestrian Club which is one of the best in the area is within a short walk. – Puerto Sherry enjoys plenty of restaurants and cafes, all of them overlooking the Bay. – Additionally to the Puerto Sherry / La Muralla Beach which is just below the villa, we have the 3 Kms long Vistahermosa Beach five minutes away towards the west, and the downtown beach of La Puntilla 15 minutes to the East

It is indeed a beautiful property in a beautiful setting overlooking the Bay of Cadiz in the “Costa de la Luz”. Four of the five bedrooms face the sea with two of them enjoying their own large furnished balconies. Even the kitchen has a great view of the bay. - There is a large double serving window giving into the dinning room and designed in such a way that it is right across the dining room French doors opening into the porch. -You can choose to have this serving window closed. - When we are there, we personally like to keep it open most of the time and it is lovely, as the bay almost comes right into the kitchen.

On the ground floor are the living room, dining room, kitchen, a bedroom and a full bathroom. - On the first floor is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and a large terrace/balcony overlooking the bay, as well as 2 other bedrooms, one of them with another large terrace/balcony, and another bathroom. – The lower ground floor has a tastefully decorated bedroom and a full bathroom, and a recreational area of over 80 square metres, with a table tennis and a snooker table, and French doors leading onto a small patio at the rear of the house.

All the bedrooms are double and well fitted with large built in wardrobes. - It is well furnished and decorated, not just "for renting", since it is our own personal residence in the winter months (we live the rest of the year in London). It has air conditioning both for heat and for cold, with separate controls for the main floor and the first floor. It comes fully equipped and fitted with all appliances.

The swimming pool has been designed with families in mind and, although it is not very big, we managed to create in it a small shallow area of about 1’25 x1’25 for tiny kiddies.
