With one double bedroom and a comfortable double sized convertible bed, futon style, the apartment can sleep up to 4 people. The Venus Beach is just outside and both the beach and the Sports Marina can be seen from our balcony. The view from our apartment is magnificent and goes as far as Gibraltar and the Africa coast.

Our apartment, situated in the centre of Marbella’s Maritime Promenade, about half way between the Fishing Port and the Sports Marina, is in the perfect emplacement for those who want to combine a relaxed holiday with the fun-filled opportunities of a fashionable resort. You can forget for a few days the nightmare of cars and traffic. Whether you are just a couple, or 3 friends, or a couple with 1 or 2 children it is the ideal setting for your holiday.

The apartment is on the west flank of the famous “Avenida del Mar” designed by Dali that boasts a permanent open air exhibition of several of his sculptures. The "Avenida del Mar" runs from the Venus Beach to the original town’s park "La Alameda", where the beautiful Old Town starts.

Downtown Marbella and its attractive shopping area is also round the corner, well within walking distance. – It only takes 15 minutes by boat or by bus to reach the sophisticated and internationally famous Puerto Banus, and the stops for the buses to other resorts such as Estepona or San Pedro are also 5 minutes away.

Marbella is magnificently situated for the lovers of Golf, Equestrian and Seaside sports. The coastal strip comprising “Costa del Sol” and “Costa de la Luz” in the provinces of Malaga and Cadiz, is renowned for its golf links and its love of horses.

Marbella has a microclimate that offers a perfect temperature in the middle of the winter months at the same time that prevents it from becoming unbearably hot in the summer season. For some climatological reason left to the experts, this microclimate is due to the shielding and protection offered by "La Concha" mountain.

Marbella is served by 2 international airports, Malaga and Gibraltar, with regular, budget, and charter flights, all year round.

Ideal location on seafront. 10 minutes walk to buses, shops & restaurants
