The views from this front-line apartment in the Panorama Playa, Portals Nous, are truly amazing.
Being South-facing and on the eighth level, reached by lift or stairs, this spacious apartment not only enjoys uninterruped panoramic sea views but also glorious view of the sandy beach below and the beautiful yachts moored at the marina of Puerto Portals.
This very comfortable holiday apartment is fully air-conditioned and within its 70 square meters, there are two large bedrooms. The front one has a double bed, DVD,iPod dock with speaker,clock-radio, safe, built-in wardobes, sea views and sliding doors to the balcony. The rear bedroom has a double bed, DVD and plenty of wardrobe space. The lounge has a large couch, a dining table seating 4, satellite TV (showing BBC, ITV, SKY etc)and cable TV (showing German and French channels, an Ipod dock with speakers and a router for direct or wireless internet. The adjoining kitchen has a microwave, four hobs, an oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee perculator, toaster, cooking utensils and plenty of cockery, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans etc.
The fully-tiled bathroom has a bath with shower fitting, wash-basin, washing machine and a WC is separate.
Sliding glass doors lead to the large balcony, on which there is a table and six chairs and from which there are outstanding views of the beach below and the Mediterranean Sea. There is also a double bed on the balcony for sunbathing or "sleeping under the stars"!!!
On the ground floor of the Panorama Playa, overlooking the sea, is an excellent restaurant and bar, open from mid-day till 10 p.m, (Summer only) with an open-air terrace, and renowned for its good food - making "eating out" from this apartment ideal on those evenings when giving a miss to the busier establishments of the port is on the agenda.
Location: Panorama Playa occupies a unique position directly on the sandy beach of Portals Nous and just a 5-minute walk to Puerto Portals Marina which offers a large selection of restaurants and late-night bars. The village shops, banks, estate agencies and supermarket of Portals Nous are also just a 5-minute walk away. Palma Nova is reached by car within 5 minutes and Palma itself is but a 10-minute drive away. The airport too can usually be reached within 20 minutes. A regular bus service also connects Portals Nous with the neighbouring towns and villages. There are numerous agencies in both the village and the marina and boats of all sizes are available for rental.
Maximum Occupancy: Occupancy at the apartment is limited to 5 persons.
Pets: No dogs are permitted in the Panorama Playa.
Laundry: There is a washing machine in the apartment as well as an iron & ironing board. A laundry & dry cleaners is just 5 minutes walk away in Puerto Portals and another in Portals Nous village.
