Twin interconnected south facing ground floor apartments with superb views over Las Ramblas golf course and the surrounding countryside. 4 twin bedrooms and 4 bathrooms make them ideal for a large group or two families holidaying together. Plenty of facilities and plenty of space.
Pool and jacuzzi right outside No 72, with grassy sunbathing areas. Both apartments have large verandahs with their own furniture and sunblinds overhead and to the side.
Five minutes walk to Las Ramblas 1st tee and clubhouse bar / snack restaurant. Two minutes drive to nearest supermarkets and banks.
Campoamor and Villamartin courses are 5 minutes drive. Villamartin Plaza is 10 minutes, where there are more shops, banks and a choice of seventeen restaurants situated around the open-air courtyard. 10 minutes in the other direction are the clean, sandy, blue flag beaches of Cabo Roig, Campoamor and La Zenia.
Torrevieja is the nearest large town, 20 minutes drive. Many more shops and restaurants, a large fishing port, a yacht marina, an Aquapark, open-air markets and a new sea front promenade.
The nearest airport is Murcia (San Javier), 20 minutes drive. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away.
