Description: |
This newly built apartment is in San Pedro Del Pinatar ,a popular tourist destination along the Costa Calida. It is reputed to be one of the healthiest places in the world due to its micro climate of 320 days of sunshine a year.
It is a twenty minute walk along a promenade or a two minute drive to the warm, tranquil inland sea of the Mar Menor, which is very safe for children and good for watersports. From here you can look across to the famous La Manga strip where there is the renowned La Manga Golf resort. To one side of the beach there are mud baths said to have healing properties for aches and pains.
In another direction a 20 minute walk through a nature reserve, where you can see flamingos and other migratory birds, brings you to the beaches of the mediterranean.
There is a supermarket, bar and restaurants within a 2 minute walk and larger supermarkets and shops in San Pedro town centre which is a 10 minute walk. Bikes can be hired locally.
