This apartment forms part of Tierra de Irta, a new development situated at the foot of Sierra de Irta National Park. The National Park is considered to be the last unspoiled mountain in the Valencia region, located 3.5km south of Peñíscola’s town. The apartment is New, fully furnished and equipped with Air Conditioning and Heating units, English Satellite TV and has Mountain and Sea views from the Private Terrace and Garden. The apartment is on a Secured Complex fitted with a security intercom.
As well as offering historical sights Peñíscola also provides a long and beautiful ‘blue-flag’ sandy beach (5km long). There are also a number of individual coved beaches (10 minute walk) all of which are coupled with an enjoyable Mediterranean climate consisting of approximately 300 days of delightful sunshine a year. This makes it a great location for a holiday destination. A vast choice of relaxing and invigorating activities can be enjoyed in and around Peñíscola.

It is the largest humid zone in Catalonia and the second most important natural aquatic habitat in Spain after the Doñana National Park.

1 hour away by the A-7 motorway, or you can travel by using the regular coach or train services.
•AQUARAMA Water Park, located to the south of Peñíscola in Benicàssim.
•ZOO De Aves, Jardín del Papagayo (Garden of Parrots), located 3km from Peñíscola town centre. Varieties of parrots and reptiles set in beautiful gardens. Shows, feeding, gift shop, restaurant, play area etc.
•Ulldecona reservoir – Tinença de Benifessà approximately 55 km from Peñíscola. The reservoir is an area of great natural beauty which is ideal for walking, hiking, cycling, fishing, swimming and bird and wildlife watching. Cave paintings in the Polvorí Cave are located just next to the reservoirs dam. In the surrounding area, The Monastery of St. Mary in Benifassà (XIII century) and almost uninhabited Medieval settlements (such as el Boixar, Fredes, and Bellestar) can be found.
•Surrounding Towns and Cities such as Valencia, Barcelona, Morella, Ares, Sant Mateu, Vinaròs, Onda, Castellón and Tarragona.
SPECIAL NOTES:
You will be met on your arrival to Peñíscola and taken to your apartment and shown the facilities as well as given the keys etc.
Standard changeover days and times are Saturdays.
Departure by 10:30 am, arrival after 3:00 pm, however, we are happy to negotiate changeover days and times depending on your requested period of stay and availability.
Extra bed linen and towels will be supplied free of charge, after a week, for those staying more than 10 days.
If you require services, such as, additional cleaning and changing of beds then a fee can be agreed on request.
HOW TO PAY:
A non refundable deposit of £150 or 150 Euros is payable to reserve the Holiday Apartment. The dates of your holiday will then be featured on our Online Calendar for you to view and an Information Pack will be sent which includes details of your Holiday Apartment, Surrounding Area, Travel Directions and Contact Details.
The remaining balance is required in full to secure the booking 8 weeks in advance of booked holiday unless agreed otherwise.
