Four spacious bedrooms with closets, one of them has a double bed and the bathroom inside. The living room has a fireplace, if you decide to come in winter, and a dining table. The kitchen is well prepared, ready for any kind of cooking, and you will find enough food space inside the two fridges available. The house has three bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and the others with shower. The beautiful garden surrounds the house; there you will find the private swimming pool and a barbecue. To the beach it’s only 800 m, so you can easily go walking.

The Urbanización Roche is a tranquil housing development placed 6 kilometers from Conil de la Frontera. It has its own private security, supermarket, chemist’s, restaurant, church, and tennis, paddle and five-a-side football courts. You can find the golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri and San Andrés Golf ten minutes away.
The weather is excellent most of the year due to its geographical location, between pines and near the beach. Its bright here too. In Conil, you get over 3200 hours of sunshine a year. Costa de la Luz literally means "Coast of Light". The intense blue skies and bright white sands can be dazzling, especially in winter with the low sun (dont forget your sunglasses!). This is a major attraction, especially for visitors coming from gloomy Northern Europe.
They also come for the friendly and relaxed atmosphere, superb cuisine, and of course, water sports. Conil has some excellent beaches - with awesome waves.
