Exquisite Sea Front apartment, overlooking and only a few steps from the Son Caliu beach.

The apartment is ideal to spend any time of the year. The living area consists of one double bedroom (with kingsize bed), one shower room, Kitchen with open laudry and lounge with sea views and french windows opening to a beach front terrace.

In the living room you have a sofa bed that becomes a big double bed, making the apartment very comfortable for a couple with children.

The most amazing part of the apartment is the terrace, let the waves relax you and enjoy a wonderful dinner with a romantic seaview.

The surroundings are perfect for walks... there is a little path next to the coast and also a bike lane that connects Puerto Portals, Bendinat, Calviá Palma Nova, Santa Ponsa...

There are also shops and restaurants very close to the building entrance.

During the low season we make special prices for long rentals.

Located in a Golf Course area: Bendinat (4km), Poniente (5km), Santa Ponsa (6km), Son Vida (15km), and a long list of Golf clubs on the area...

Quiet haven beside Palma Nova resort

This lovely apartment is situated in a beautiful quiet area in Son Caliu, only 10 mins walk from Palma Nova beach. The balcony looks out onto a small beach and there are some lovely restaurants only minutes away. A large supermarket is only 5 mins walk away and also the bus route to several locations, including Palma, passes by the top of the road. Ideal area for heading out to busy resort areas and then return to peace and quiet.

Fabulous!

The apartment was fabulous, lovely terrace outside for dinners and drinks! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Nice surrounding area with a few restaurants with great food! Only a short walk to Palmanova if you want something livlier. Palma has very nice places to eat with atmosphere! Would def go back!
