Description: |
Villa Calor is set in a quiet residential area of Rana Verde Chiclana and is in easy reach of the local beaches and town.There is a fish restaurant, bar, small shop and chemist all within walking distance.
The villa is set in its own walled grounds and has its own private lockable gates at the entrance.
.
There is a great (9mx4m) above ground swimming pool also a basket ball net, and a selection of children’s toys so families are more than welcome.
For outdoor meals, there is a built in BBQ and outside table and chairs.

Bedroom windows are all fitted with insect nets.
The villa is cleaned before you arrive and when you depart.
Welcome pack included to get you started Tea Coffee milk water bread jam.
All towels, bed linen, beach towels, gas and electric are included.
I will greet you at the villa on arrival and will be only a phone call away if you need and help during your stay.
Ref Maintenance, Safety
The hot water for Villa Calor is supplied via a gas boiler which is serviced once a year, The pool is cleaned once a week and the gardener calls once a week to cut the grass.The villa is also fitted with smoke alarms.
Villa Calor is easily accessible from several airports in southern Spain.
car hire is also available from all airports
Jerez Airport is only 40 minutes from Villa Calor Flights can be booked via low cost airline Ryanair.
Seville and Gibraltar are the next closest airports and are based about 1 -2 hours away from Villa Calor or you can travel a bit further from Malaga and Faro which are located 3 hours from Villa Calor.

Chiclana is a typical Spanish town, benefiting from sympathetic restoration in recent years. Its traditional style buildings and pedestrian shopping area, covered market selling fresh local produce and seafood, make it a great place to shop.
The villa is approximately 10 minutes drive from La Barrosa’s Blue Flag beach, and the Costa Sancti Petri beaches. The abandoned village of Costa Sancti Petri has a fishing harbour, marina and a water sports centre. If you prefer more sheltered and secluded coves, try a short drive towards Conil.
The Fuente Amarga Spa offers various treatments including mud baths and massage, and there is a Moroccan Hammam at Novo Sancti Petri with candlelit baths, as well as bellydance performances while you enjoy dinner.
For a great family day out, try the Aquapark at El Puerto de Santa María.
In case you are unfortunate enough to have a medical problem during your holiday, there is a 24/7 Clinic in Chiclana Town, where English is spoken.
The Cadiz/Jerez area:-
The Costa de la Luz is situated between Gibraltar and Portugal’s Algarve. The Atlantic Ocean is warmed by the Gulf Stream, making it possible to swim year round.
The Spanish themselves holiday in and around Chiclana, and Spanish is the language you will mainly hear. Some bars and restaurants are starting to cater for European visitors and offer menus in English French and German.
The summers are hot and sunny but the Atlantic breezes keep it from being uncomfortable. Winter days are often very warm and sunny so you can still enjoy a drink or meal outside, and pursue your favourite sport or activity.
The hilltop villages of Medina Sidonia and Vejer are well worth a visit, being typically Spanish, with narrow streets and flower filled patios.
Cadiz, Europe’s oldest city, has a fascinating history. Cadiz has narrow streets with attractive buildings, the balconies decorated with pots of flowers, well as beaches and a marina.
Jerez is the home of sherry production, flamenco and horses. Bodega tours including Domecq, Terry, Williams & Humbert etc., often include flamenco and horse riding displays The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art is well worth a visit and the Yeguada de la Cartuja where the beautiful Carthusian horses are bred, is also situated in Jerez.
