Your holiday villa in the sun! This villa is fully equipped for your holiday.
Please note -this is a NO SMOKING villa , also we are very sorry but we cannot accept pets.
Our detached air conditioned 2 bedroom bungalow sits on a corner plot in a quiet area of La Marina. La Marina is South of Alicante and lies between Santa Pola and Guardamar.
You can park your car outside or behind the gates.
Once inside you will find:
a sun room, with table and chairs
an air conditioned lounge with 3 piece suite and a coffee table. For your entertainment all your usual English TV channels (BBC,ITV, 4 & 5) are available via a cable system and there is also satellite TV offering a selection of English,French,German, Italian and Spanish channels).We also provide a DVD player with a box of DVD's and a CD combo.A selection of board games can be found as well!!

All windows are fitted with blinds and mosquito nets. Ceiling fans are fitted in the lounge and bedrooms. Floor and table fans are also provided.
For the odd chilly winter evening there is air conditioning (hot or cold!!!) a heated towel rail in the bathroom, electric radiators and a cabinet gas heater.
Towels and bedlinen are changed weekly.
BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED.
Facilities available
a short distance from the villa is a sports centre with pools, mini golf and evening entertainment. There are also several bars ,cafes and restaurants (English, Spanish, Chinese,Italian -to name but a few!) to choose from and large supermarkets as well as smaller shops.
A few minutes by car there is now a new Iceland supermarket as well as LIDL and Mercadona supermarkets.
The villa is about 4 kms from the sandy(EC-Blue Ribbon) beach of La marina and about 20 minutes by car from Alicante airport.
We ourselves have now retired to the area and look after the villa personally.
