A beautiful three bed, three bath, three storey town house situated right by the crystal clear tranquil waters of the Mar Menor and yet only a 5 minute stroll to the marvellous Med. The property is set in a quiet, secure complex with a good mix of Spanish, Norwegian and British residents. This accommodation is an 80 minute drive from Alicante airport but more conveniently only a 30 minute drive from the ever improving San Javier airport near to Murcia. This accommodation can benefit from an underground garage to keep the hire car cool with internal stairs up to the lounge area. The lounge consists of a sofa which can convert to a double bed for extra guests along with a ground floor bathroom with shower. The dining table is located within the main living space and there is a large hatch through to the kitchen creating an open plan feel. There is also a host of entertainment facilities in the lounge including, TV, DVD, Stereo, games, books. The kitchen offers a hob, oven, grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. In addition to the kitchen is an outdoor utility room inclusive of washing machine, sink and clothes line.
The lounge opens out through patio doors on to the garden terrace at the front of the property. Outdoor furniture provides a wonderful setting for breakfast or evening meal with views of the Mar Menor. The 30 metre stroll to the sea, the pools and the communal gardens can be accessed from a gate at the base of the terrace. The first floor comprises of a double bedroom with 4 piece bathroom including over bath shower. Built in wardrobes and balcony. A twin bedroom with 4 piece bathroom including over bath shower. The property benefits from ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms and the tiled floors throughout also help to keep the property cool. Air conditioning is available please enquire for further details. During the cooler months the heating from the bedroom units and under floor heating keep the property cosy just in case of a rare cold snap.

This accommodation is ideally situated for a host of water sports activities and golf activities. The property is perfect for a family holiday with its proximity to the sea and the beach, with communal pools and local activities. The Thomas Maestra marina is situated 10 mins walk away and has its own quality restaurants and bars, many situated right on the waters edge. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is served with magnificent views of the Mar Menor or a host of expensive yatchs. local activities are numerous to say the least, with golf, water sports, diving, fishing and horse riding to name but a few. The superb and world renown complex of the La Manga club is only a short drive away and offers 5 star facilities including golf and a health spar where a lavender scrub and massage is recommended. |
