This beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse is set at the end of a small semi residential cul-de-sac overlooking one ot the two communal pools. Only a five minute drive or a 30 minute leisurely walk and you will be in the heart of the beautiful town of Moraira, with its stylish shops, restaurants, bars, harbour and Marina, and of course the safe sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet. A traditionaly styled spanish house mostly double glazed, tastefuly furnished and equipped with every thing you need to enjoy your holiday. Relax with a drink in the large double glazed naya and watch the sun go down.Take breakfast on the sun terrace or barbecue in the enclosed rear garden. If you prefer time on your own, the house,gardens or terraces will provide a peaceful place to soak up the sun or sit in the shade. Leading on from the naya as you enter the house is the sitting room with exposed wooden beams, traditional styled fireplace and morrocan-style dining area. Equipped with TV, Video, DVD and HI FI. The seperate kitchen contains all fitted appliances, oven and hob,microwave, toaster etc. The utility room has a washing machine, ironing facilities, beach chairs etc. also on the ground floor is a substantiol double bedroom with 2 single beds and adjacent fully refurbished bathroom with shower. The beautiful tiled staircase leads to the first floor with a double bedroom with king sized bed and a fully refurbished bathroom/wet room. There is access outside to the roof terrace with views of the pool and the valley beyond. Places to visit are Javea with the old town, lovely safe beach, bars restauants and nearby golf course. Calpe lots of fish restaurants. Benidorm 30 min drive away, lots of nightlife, Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Mundo Mar (Seaworld). Supermarkets nearby, Restaurants within 5 mins walking distance including local bar and restaurant Moonlighters.

Special notes Prices are quoted for weekly rental for 4 people. A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking with payment in full 10 weeks before start of holiday. If you require a last minute booking we will ask for full payment. There will be a welcome pack on your arrival and you will be greeted by our local agents who are also on hand if you require any help. A weekly linen change is available on your request. We will try to be flexible regarding dates but our prices are based on sat-sat. A security deposit is required when booking of 150 euros or 100 pounds to be paid by cheque which will be returned to you at the end of stay minus any breakages or damage to property.
