It is a very comfortable well maintained villa, all on one level, with 9 x 4 pool. The villa comprises two twin bedded rooms, one double bedded room with en suite, one family sized bathroom, large fitted well equipped kitchen with hallway that leads into the large lounge/diner where there is an attractive fire place in the corner of the room, satelite tv/dvd etc. From the kitchen, the stairs outside lead up to the sunroof. The villa is private, locked and gated with a large garden right round the villa. The large terrace just outside of the front door has seating for 6 and a dining table for eating al fresco. There is a gas barbeque for your use. From the terrace you go down 3 steps to the beautiful swimming pool with an attractive terrace surrounding the pool and plenty of sun beds with sun shade for catching all the reys of sunshine you need on your holiday. There is an outside shower to use before the pool temps you for a swim. There is parking for one car in the driveway of the villa and just outside of the gated villa. The villa is about 20 minutes by car from Alicante Airport or 55 minutes from Murcia Airport to La Marina. You can walk from the villa to the many bars, restaurants and supermarkets, take you about 5 minutes. The villa is finished to a high standard.

Air conditioning and cleaning is included in the cost of the holiday. A 100 Euro breakage deposit is also required on arrival, refunded providing there are no breakages after an inspection of the property is made.
