Special notes
minimum rental period of 7 days in peak season, downpayment 30%, balance 4 weeks upon the arrival.
Daily maid service from Monday till Friday, garden and pool maintenance included in the price.
We expect the villa to be left in the same condition as it was when the tenants arrived, with the exception of the towels and linen used the final week. If this is not the case, a 150 euros cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
