Special notes
Four hours per week maid service for general cleaning and garden and pool maintenance included in the price.
200 euros per week if heated pool is required.
We expect the villa to be left in the same condition as it was when the tenants arrived, with the exception of the towels and linen used the final week. If this is not the case, a 150 euros cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
The arrival time is after 5pm. and departure time before 11am, some exceptions can be made, if possible, upon request.
