Apartment:
The apartment is fully furnished and situated on the 3rd floor and is less than 50 meters away from the beach. It has a 20msq terrace which enjoys the afternoon sunshine & a stunning view of the Atlantic. There are two bathrooms and two double bedrooms one equipped with a double bed and the other with twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen and utility area, hob & oven, fridge freezer, microwave & kettle, stylish table & chairs both in the living area and on the terrace plus TV. There are blackout blinds on all bedrooms & living room windows. There are sliding doors leading to the sun terrace from both the living room & the master bedroom. The apartment also benefits from a communal pool and an allocated parking space which is accessed directly from the lift.
Isla Canela
Isla Canela is a peaceful island on the Costa de la Luz in an area known as the Spanish Algarve. Isla Canela enjoys an average climate of 20-25 degrees throughout the year & over 300 days of sunshine. The apartment was completed in July 2005 & is adjacent to the beach which has over 7km of fine golden sand facing the Atlantic Ocean. It is built in classic Moorish style which compliments the natural beauty of the area. The views in this part of the Costa de la Luz out to the ocean are breath taking.
Isla Canela is within easy reach of two major airports: Faro 50km and Seville 150km. Nearby activities & sports include an 18 hole par 72 links golf course which was completed in 1994. Apart from Isla Canelas own course there is an amazing choice of fabulous courses within an hours drive: Islantilla, St.Lorenzo, Castro Marim, Benamoura Tavira, Bella Vista, Vilamoura, Quinta do Rio & Nuevo Portil to name just a few! There is a lovely selection of quality seafood restaurants and bars nearby. Close by there is a beautiful Marina which was opened in April 2000 containing several small bars & restaurants. A five minute drive brings you to the traditional Spanish town of Ayamonte - the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by.

This apartment is the perfect base for a beach holiday. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find shops, bars and restaurants which offer traditional Spanish cooking. A 20 min walk along the beach front will take you to Isla Canelas marina complex. Next door to the apartment is the 4 star Barcelo hotel which provides evening entertainment. You can also arrange spa treatments such a facials and massages by visiting the hotel reception. Opposite the apartment complex is a bus stop which provides transport into Ayamonte. The bus runs regularly into Ayamonte and takes around 10 mins each way. |
