• Enjoy H A P P Y D A Y S in our comfortable 1st floor apartment with beautiful view over the sandy beach. It is situated in an old palm tree garden in the residential area Los Angeles of DENIA-LAS MARINAS (Picture 1 and 2) with all amenities close by.

• The h i s t o r i c a l t o w n of D E N I A (from the roman god Diana) with the castle originally built by the Moors, the tree-lined shopping boulevard Calle de Marques de campo, the popular markets, the marina and the attractive residential areas along the coast is one of the most visited tourist attraction of Costa Blanca and only a 5 minutes drive from Los Angeles (Picture 3). Frequent bus services to Denia just from outside the urbanizacion.

• You can t r a v e l by air to Valencia or Alicante; Denia is half way between both, approx. 1 ¼ hours. Car hire is recommended, but we can arrange a pick up service. Drive on autoroute A7 and leave at exit Ondara and follow the sign Denia – Las Marinas – Los Angeles. (Picture 4)

• The apartment house in the URBANIZACION L o s A n g e l e s is situated in a palm tree garden (Picture 5), with large pool, separate children’s area, tennis court and covered parking space (Picture 6). Close to shops, restaurants, beachrestaurants and bars.

• Our spacious 3 b e d r o o m apartment is comfortable for 6 guests (Picture 7, 8, 9): Living room with TV (satellite), radio, separate dining area, large bath room and separate toilet/shower room; fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. To the front of the living room is a large balcony (30 m2), a smaller one in front of the kitchen. If you want to enjoy your holidays together with friends or another family, we can offer you a second 2/3 bedroom apartment just next door.

• Denia Las Marinas is a good base to e x p l o r e r e g i o n. Just opposite our apartment is the Hotel Los Angeles*** with its facilities (Picture 10), may be you plan trips to Altea, Javea, Moreira, Calpe or you are sportive at Golf Club La Sella in Denia or visit Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica theme park, Vergel Safari Park etc. From Denia you catch the historic Lemon Train El Trenet or the ferry to Ibiza. Last but not least you have a nice and quiet day at the beautiful beach and have a romantic night on the balcony of our apartment (Pictures 11, 12).
