Atico Coates luxury penthouse is situated in Les Marinas, off Carretera de les Marines of Denia. The penthouse & terrace occupy the whole top floor with private lift access and 360° views - mountain and sea. Every room has at least one private balcony. The sea is 3 minutes walk (280m). Supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. 3 minutes walk (320m) and the orange groves 4 minutes walk (400m). A great area to explore. Flat for at least 2Km in all directions. Denia town centre is only 2Km away.
