Beautiful new apartment located in the village of La Herradura – a charming pueblo located app. 35 miles east of Malaga in the province of Granada. The village sheltered by the Sierra Nevada mountains, and therefore offering you best climate on the coast. And not only that – during the winter you can enjoy the sun on the beach or the golf course in the morning and ski in the afternoon. 320 sunny days per year.

Walks in the mountains
The location is ideal for hiking in the nearby mountains. In the apartment you will find seven detailled descriptions of walking tours. You will be guided along old mountain roads, goat trails, beaches and the most wonderful views. A unique opportunity to experience the area during the months of September through May.

The village only has two hotels, but many restaurants, cafés, local markets, and is a unique place to meet the Spanish. Great for swimming, hiking, scoop diving, surfing, fishing. You can attend Spanish courses, read or maybe even write a book or just plain relax.

The apartment can be accessed by elevator. There is indoor parking.Lounge and dining area, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and a new laundry area.
Everything in the apartment is new.

You are within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping and yet in a quiet area. Therefore a rental car is not needed.
