The apartment overlooks the communal pool area, with beautiful gardens, lush grass, and 2 pools, one large and one for the toddlers. You will have access to a secure underground parking space and storage; The grounds are protected by locked gates and high security fencing for peace of mind. You are a short stroll to the beach and lovely beach bars and approx half a kilometre from the stunning port of Duquesa, with an array of top quality bars and restaurants. The town of sabinillas lies only a minute away from Duquesa, and has a lovely promenade, with some quaint restaurants, here you will also find banks, supermarkets and shops. Only a 10 minute drive is Estepona, great for shopping with its cobbled streets and the old part of the town is worth a visit, the promenade has just been renovated and the beach is superb for families to spend long relaxing days by the sea. Golfers will think they are in paradise, with some of the top courses in Europe only a 10 minute drive away, Vallderama, Sotogrande, San Roque, just a few to mention, but if your pocket won’t stretch that far, la Duquesa, la Canada, Estepona, are very good and much easier on the pocket. If you fly to Malaga you will have approx 1 hours drive, very easy to find down the motorway/toll road, in all a beautiful area to spend a well earned break, and enjoy a fantastic holiday.
