Description: |
Villa Miranda is built on the mountainside overlooking orange groves, mountains and the sea. After a day spent round the pool, watch the sun go down as the distant twinkling lights of Pego signal the end of another relaxing day. Enjoy a barbeque on the rear terrace or contemplate eating out at one of the many restaurants in the area. Theres lots to do if you can tear yourself away and the surrounding countryside is spectacular. The villa was built in 2004 and has marble floors and vaulted ceilings in the local finca style.
Bedrooms 1 (with ensuite bath/shower room) & 2 are airconditioned and situated on the upper level, along with another shower room, split-level lounge/dining area and open-plan kitchen. There is satellite TV (inc.Sky Sports) and a stereo/DVD system. Outside there is a courtyard, utility room with washing machine etc. and another toilet. The landscaped gardens and terraces are a real feature as well as the beautiful 8m x 4m pool. Stunning views are to be had from most rooms and garden areas.
There are two more bedrooms on the lower level if required. These are reached by a separate external staircase and they have a shared en-suite shower room. A £200 per week surcharge will apply for 5 - 8 person occupancy. The two lower bedrooms will be closed and unoccupied when 2 - 4 persons book the property.
Please note that, as Villa Miranda is on a mountainside, small children must be supervised at all times and it may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Still relatively uncrowded even in the summer months and still very Spanish - bring your phrase book! |
