Villa Miranda is built on the mountainside overlooking orange groves, mountains and the sea. After a day spent round the pool, watch the sun go down as the distant twinkling lights of Pego signal the end of another relaxing day. Enjoy a barbeque on the rear terrace or contemplate eating out at one of the many restaurants in the area. There's lots to do if you can tear yourself away and the surrounding countryside is spectacular. Built in 2004 and furnished to a high standard, the living areas have vaulted ceilings and the villa is built in the local finca style.
Bedrooms 1 (with ensuite bath/shower room) & 2 are airconditioned and situated on the upper level, along with another shower room, split-level lounge/dining area and open-plan kitchen. There is satellite TV (inc.Sky Sports) and a stereo/DVD system. Outside there is a courtyard, utility room with washing machine etc. and another toilet. The landscaped gardens and terraces are a real feature as well as the beautiful 8m x 4m pool. Stunning views are to be had from most rooms and garden areas. The villa is on a 1,000 sqm plot.
There are two more bedrooms on the lower level. These are reached by a separate external staircase and they have a shared en-suite shower room. The two lower bedrooms can be closed and unoccupied if 2 - 4 persons book the property (£200 p.w. discount).
Please note that, as Villa Miranda is on a mountainside, small children must be supervised at all times and it may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.
