Las Colinas is located in the village of Benimarco on the outskirts of the fishing port of Moraira, considered by many to be the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca. The surrounding countryside is quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes drive away from several beaches. There is easy access to all amenities, including many excellent restaurants, bars, shops and several local markets.
The villa has a large private pool in day-long sunshine, spacious terrace for sunbathing with several palm trees for those who prefer a little shade. There are also poolside table and chairs for al fresco dining. Inside the living/dining area is light and airy and leads onto a large glazed terrace with additional table & chairs taking advantage of the views. With four double bedrooms, poolside bar, and generously equipped games room the villa is ideal for family holidays.

Notes
From November to April electricity and gas are chargeable as extras and will be deducted from the security deposit at the rate of £40 a week.Heated swimming pool £200.00 per week extra.
Initial deposit of 25% is required to confirm booking, with the final balance, plus £250 security deposit, being payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Long-term renters welcome - please make separate enquiry.
Payment can be made either by cheque or bank transfer.
