This fabulous property is ideal for family and friends alike. It is spacious and comfortable has extensive patios, lovely sea views, its own private pool and a sauna downstairs.
Located only a short walk down to the beach, our villa is close to the local shops, but on a quiet,elevated, private estate.
The villa has beautiful sea views from the terraces and lounge and opposite there is a green area which ensures peace and quiet.
Inside,the kitchen is fully fitted and has a dining area for 8 persons. The spacious lounge, with sea views has a large corner sofa, large flat screen sat tv, and music centre. This leads out through patio doors, onto a covered dining area outside with BBQ, and onto the gardens with fruit trees.
The property is based on two levels with connecting steps inside and outside.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, corner bath and twin basins. The 2nd double bedroom also has a large suite area wih leather sofas for relaxing, reading etc. The 3rd bedroom has a small kitchen, toilet and sink, seperate shower. This can be seperated off if required eg. 2 families or teenagers, but can also be retained as an integral part of the property as it also has a seperate entrance to outside.
The 4 th bedroom is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
The leisure area downstairs is superb, with an indoor pool and sauna.
The pool has sliding patio doors along one side, leading out onto the sunbathing terraces with ample sunloungers. There is also a seating area alongside the pool. The sauna is located close to this area, also with a seperate exercise bike for those enthuiastic enough to use it is on the patio too!
The gardens and patios on two levels are walled to ensure privacy and there is an entry phone.

A great location for exploring the beautiful coast of Andalucia and its hidden inland villages.

Notes
The local area has an abundance of good tapas bars and local restaurants and the beach bars offer local specialities and fish dishes. There is also an excellent fresh bakery, small supermarket , bank, chemist, local butchers etc.
The property is ideally situated to explore this lovely area of Andalucia. To the East is the thriving coastal town of Torre del Mar with excelelnt restaurants, shopping and long promenade. Also Nerja and its caves, Torrox Costa , and the busy town of Velez with aqua park , golf course, go-karting, shopping comples etc are an easy drive.
Malaga and it old historic quarter, Picasso museum, beautiful Cathederal and roman amphitheatre are a short drive to the west. Further along the coast is Benalmadena marina for boat trips,fishing, eating, beaches,shopping and further along to Fuengirola. Cosmopolitan Marbella is approx 1 hour and Gibralter/Ronda under 2 hours.
The property is well located for transport, there is a bus service close by which runs along the coast if you do not wish to drive.Taxis can also be ordered.
Cot and high chair can be hired,10 euros payable locally.

Notes
If you would like to rent the property we ask for a 30% booking deposit with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.Payment can be made through Paypal or bank transfer. A £150 damage deposit is also required on arrival which is returned at end of stay assuming no breakages/damages. The property is cleaned and prepared to a high standard for the arrival of guest. A final cleaning service can be requested. Cot/high chair can be hired. Long term rentals from £950 per month. Beach towels can be hired, on request. Changeover day Saturday, June to September, however can more flexible in winter months, please ask. Central heating and pool heating is available during the winter months on request.Please note the rental prices are exclusive of elec,water. Any special offers are for full weeks only and cannot be subdivided by day.

Lovely house in a quiet residence

This house was our first holiday house we booked online so we were a little anxious at first but Angela was very understanding and guided us through the process. The house was simple, with big kitchen and large terrace, which was very breezy in the summer. We enjoyed spending our time in the terrace a lot. The sea was only 5 minutes walk, which we got acquainted with the lovely fishermen and bough fresh fish from them everyday. The area is not a tourist area so it is nice and quiet, suitable for families with small children and the elderly. Local shops and bakery are nearby, with the big supermarket is 20 minutes drive away. Angela, the owner was very quick to respond to all of our requests and that helped us have a thoroughly enjoyable vacation.
