This attractive, comfortably furnished villa is located in the hills overlooking the beach, within walking distance of the pretty beach resorts of La Herradura and Almuñécar. The villa is situated on private grounds with a good-sized (12x5 m), very secluded pool. There are beautiful 180-degree views of the Mediterranean.This beautiful, uncrowded stretch of coastline is in the province of Granada, east of the Costa del Sol and its bustling resorts. The increasingly popular area offers dozens of excellent beaches, including the long sandy beach nearby on the Bay of La Herradura. You will be able to walk to the beach and to local shops. Notable sights in the vicinity include the old town of Almuñécar, where a Moorish castle and narrow, winding streets evoke the atmosphere of days gone by. The villa has 3 very private large bedrooms each in a different section of the house, 2 bathrooms, 2 living room, dining area, 2 fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room, a breakfast terrace and a BBQ terrace.
